My journey into the world of emotional alchemy, shadow work, embodiment, and spiritual healing began with a deep personal transformation. For most of my life, I have sought externally for something to make me feel whole. It was only when I truly lost myself that I realised I was whole all along. I learned to go deep and face my darkest parts - and I get to reap the rewards. My relationships are wholesome, loving and respectful. I have a passion and a purpose. Life is beautiful and I get to experience it FULLY. And you can too.
